1. Eligibility

2. Use of Service
- •Climfy is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
- •You must provide accurate and truthful information.
- •You agree not to misuse Climfy (e.g., uploading harmful content, illegal activity, reverse engineering).
3. Content
- •You retain ownership of content (photos, posts, actions) you upload.
- •By uploading, you grant Climfy a license to use that content for operating and improving the service.
- •You agree not to upload content that is abusive, harmful, or misleading.
4. Premium Services
- •Some features (e.g., AI Coach) will be offered as Premium Services.
- •Pricing and subscription terms will be announced before launch.
5. Termination
- •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- •You may delete your account at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
- •Climfy is provided "as is" and "as available."
- •We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
- •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by local regulations.
